Yes, food inequality is a huge problem, especially in the USA. Thankfully people are finally starting to take diet seriously and everyday I hear about new urban gardens, food-sharing apps, and car-sharing programs for families stuck in food deserts. I think technology can really be part of the solution for increasing food access and reducing food waste. Anyway, that was a long tangent, but thank you for reading and your family sounds really exceptional. I'm glad you cherish your culinary traditions and cook together!
